Board of Education Meeting

The Board of Education will host a meeting on Monday, June 9, at 7:00 p.m. in the Parsons Government Center Board Room. The agenda includes an Instructional Highlight for Elementary Programming and Board Policies for a Second Reading. View the meeting packet here.

The Academy Graduation: Monday, June 9 at 5:15 p.m.

Jonathan Law High School Graduation: Tuesday, June 10; 5:15 p.m.

Joseph A. Foran High School Graduation: Wednesday, 6/11; 5:15 p.m.

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration is open for the 2025-26 school year. Registration is conducted exclusively online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal found on the district’s website at https://www.milforded.org/page/registration.

Our student-athletes gave it their all at the annual James Wynne Middle School Track Meet — showing off speed, strength, and sportsmanship! A huge shoutout to our coaches, staff members, and cheering fans who made the day a success.

BCME

Best Community for Music Education Award

Milford Public Schools is pleased to announce it has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education designation (BCME) from The NAMM Foundation for its outstanding commitment to music education. This marks the 5th year in a row that the district has received the award.  Read more here!

Dash for Danni

Sign up for Dash for Danni, a 5K to raise money for cancer research. The event is on June 7 and kicks off at Foran High School. Walk-up registrations will be accepted.

The annual Milford United Way Duck Race is on Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The kickoff will be at Fowler Bridge. Purchase your tickets here!

Downtown Milford Farmers Market

The Downtown Milford Farmer's Market will run every Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., from June 7 to October 11 at Wasson Field.

The Farmer's Market is also launching new program: The Piglet’s Club, a 20-week educational program for kids in partnership with The Giggling Pig of Milford. Kids will learn about composting, farm-to-table, recipes, eco-awareness, crop cycles, and more. Each week, kids will earn a token to spend on fruits and veggies from local farmers.

Pirate's Day

Get ready for a day of high-seas adventure at the 23rd Annual Pirate’s Day hosted by the Downtown Milford Business Association (DMBA). The event is on Sunday, June 8, with multiple locations including the Milford Harbor and Milford Green. View this link for more information about the day.

Girls Volleyball Clinic
