Board of Education Meeting

Avery's Little Garden

Earlier this week, a new garden was planted at Calf Pen Elementary School in honor of Avery Lafferty, creating a space that will grow and flourish just like the impact she made on those around her. This garden resembles a lasting tribute where students can reflect, learn, and remember her throughout every season.

Fire Poster Contest Winners Tour

The Milford Fire Department invited our 4th and 5th-grade annual Fire Poster Contest winners for a tour and a pizza lunch. Thank you, MFD, for your wonderful support of our kids!

Bookmark Contest Winner

First-Grader Serra Percin from JFK won the CT Association of School Librarians Annual Bookmark Design Contest for the Early Elementary Category.

Kindergarten Registration 2026-2027

Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Kindergarten registration will be conducted exclusively online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal found on the district’s website at https://www.milforded.org/page/registration.

Special Education Seminar

Coastal Center at Milford Point Summer Camp

The Connecticut Audubon Society is hosting a day camp at the Coastal Center at Milford Point. Registration is open. Sessions run weekly from June 15 – August 14.
