The 2026 District Wide School Awards were presented to the Paraeducator of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and Parent of the year! The Districtwide Paraeducator of the Year is Brigitta Glynn from West Shore Middle School, the Districtwide Teacher of the Year is Austin Cesare from Joseph A. Foran High School, and the Districtwide Parent of the Year for Milford is Melissa Andersen from Orange Avenue Elementary School!

Kindergarten Registration 2026-2027

Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Kindergarten registration will be conducted exclusively online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal found on the district’s website at https://www.milforded.org/page/registration.

Harborside Fair

The Harborside PTO will host a fair open to all on May 15. The entry fee is $10. All proceeds will go to Avery's Little Army Foundation. 

Special Education Seminar

Coastal Center at Milford Point Summer Camp

The Connecticut Audubon Society is hosting a day camp at the Coastal Center at Milford Point. Registration is open. Sessions run weekly from June 15 – August 14.
