Vaccination Clinics Continue: Flu and COVID-19 vax available on Wednesday, 11/16

Just in time for the holidays … get your flu shot and/or your COVID-19 vax so you can fully enjoy your family get-togethers.  The Milford Health Dept. is conducting a Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, 11/16, at 336 Sub Way, Milford.  The clinic will be open from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Pre-registration recommended thru VAMS, but walk-ins are also welcome.  FLYER.

Veterans Day Activities in MPS: Robust participation in all 14 schools

A flurry of Veterans Day activities took place throughout the entire MPS district this week with songs, readings, assemblies, refreshments, and a healthy dose of discussion as students engaged with veterans to learn about the service. Two High School Students Perform in National Concert in Maryland

Here’s some great news for the Milford Public Schools!  Congratulations to Noah Held (Foran) and Christopher Rickard (Law) who returned early last week from performing in an all-elite concert – the All-National Honor Ensemble – held in Maryland.  Click here to read all about it!

Meadowside Student Named A Finalist in CT Kid Governor Race

Congratulations to Liliana Magazine, a 5th grader at Meadowside, for being named a Finalist in the annual CT Kid Governor race.  Students in 5th grade across the entire state have been voting for the past week with the final winner to be announced on Nov. 15thTo learn more about this wonderful program, read here!
