Free Pediatric Vax Clinics to be Held at All Elementary Schools
Children Ages 5-11 Eligible; No Appointment Necessary
We are pleased to report our elementary schools will host a series of Pediatric COVID Vaccination Clinics designed for the convenience of our Milford families. Children ages 5-11 are eligible for these sessions. No appointments are needed; walk-ins are welcome. In all cases, the clinics will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Please refer to the clinic schedule below.
The first set of clinics will run from January 31 – February 4, 2022. First doses and second doses (Pediatric Pfizer) will be administered during this first week of the program.
The second set of clinics will take place a few weeks later from February 22 – 25, 2022. First doses and second doses will be available during this second set of clinics.
Your child may attend any of the clinic settings on the scheduled dates below; in other words you are not limited to your child’s school only.
Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Completion of the Pediatric Intake Form is required before any vaccination can be administered. Save time and complete your form in advance of your arrival!
Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if you have them. It is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive the vaccine. No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
The clinics have been arranged through our partnership with the Milford Health Department and Griffin Health. We thank them for their work on this project. ▉
