Free COVID Vax Clinic Slated for 1/26 at Jonathan Law HS
All Ages Welcome (5 years of age and older); No Appointment Necessary
We are pleased to announce a COVID Vaccination Clinic is slated to take place on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Jonathan Law High School from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. All individuals (age 5 and older) are welcome to attend this clinic. No appointments are needed; walk-ins are welcome.
Children ages 5-11 will receive the Pediatric Pfizer vaccine. For individuals age 12 and older, the Pfizer and the Moderna vaccines will be available. First, second, and booster doses will be available at this clinic.
A second clinic with the same offerings will be held on February 16, 2022, also at Jonathan Law High School.
Please note: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Completion of the Pediatric Intake Form is required before any vaccination can be administered to individuals under age 18. Save time and complete your form in advance of your arrival!
