A COVID vaccination clinic will be held on MONDAY, Dec. 27th @ Jonathan Law High School from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. for kids ages 5-11 only. Walk-ins welcome, no appointment required.
*These clinics will provide second doses to children ages 5-11 who attended the clinic on December 2, 2021 as well as first doses to children ages 5-11 who have not been vaccinated yet. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if you have them. It is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive the vaccine. No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
