Shore Middle School COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Walk-ins Welcome; No Appointment Required
The East Shore Middle School clinic will provide 2nd doses to individuals who
received their first dose on August 4th, as
well as first doses for students and staff members who have not
been vaccinated yet. Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if
you have them (not required to have them in order to receive the vaccine).
Individuals younger than 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you will be receiving your first dose of the vaccine, you will also
receive a $20 Target gift card.

Please visit this event and receive your COVID-19 vaccination quickly and easily.
