Good Afternoon Milford Public Schools Community,
We are writing to address recent media reports regarding the release of the Epstein investigation files and separate allegations involving the leadership of Lifetouch, a photography company commonly used for school pictures. We understand these headlines are concerning and want to provide clarity for our families.
This week, we were made aware of a reference to Jonathan Law High School in an email from 2016, which appears in the Epstein files. View it here.To date, Milford Public Schools has not been contacted or engaged by any investigatory agencies regarding this email.
Additionally, we know there have been questions and concerns about Lifetouch and its possible connection in the Epstein files. The company’s current CEO released a statement stating, “Lifetouch does not – and has never provided – images to any third party.” View the rest of the statement here.
As we have shared all available details at this time, we do not anticipate providing further updates on this matter. Should any additional information be identified, the appropriate authorities will communicate directly with any affected parties as part of their investigation.
