Family Literacy Program

Milford Adult Education presents its Family Literacy Program, which runs Tuesdays and Thursdays at Meadowside Elementary School from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. This program is an excellent opportunity for parents and guardians to advance their educational goals while engaging in meaningful activities with their children. Prevent Underage Substance Misuse

Join MADD’s Power of Parents in partnership with the Milford Prevention Council for a 30-minute virtual presentation designed to equip parents and guardians with the tools and knowledge needed to talk with their children about the dangers of underage drinking. The session will be on December 3, from 6:30 – 7:00 PM. Register here!

Toys for Toys

Genesis of Milford will host an event in partnership with Toys for Tots on Saturday, December 13, 2:00 p.m., inviting families, fans, and neighbors to donate new, unwrapped toys to support children in need throughout Connecticut. This year’s event features a special appearance by Peyton Miller, a professional soccer player for the New England Revolution. Miller will be on-site for a meet-and-greet and autograph signing.
