Thanks to our friends over at the MAC (Milford Arts Council), the Annual Buoy Tree Lighting will take place on MONDAY, 12/11 – and we are all invited! If you’ve never been, we heartily encourage you to attend – as our creative community members have, once again, prepared a beautiful construction for us all to enjoy.  This 20-30’ tree form is made from genuine lobster traps, wrapped in sparkly white lights and overlaid with hand-painted and decorated buoys created by local artists, families, and businesses.  Santa will be on-hand (5:45 p.m.), and Mayor Giannattasio will do the honors, lighting the Buoy Tree for the first time this year (6:00 p.m.).  Photo ops of the tree (and kids with Santa) will continue through 6:30 p.m. Thank you, MAC, and the terrific community sponsors of this great event.
