The City of Milford, on behalf of Milford Public Schools, seeks to hire a professional engineering firm to provide Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services and HVAC systems assessments to satisfy Connecticut's Indoor Air Quality testing requirements at all fourteen schools in the district.

Submissions must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023.
There also will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. in the Board of Education Meeting Room at the Parsons Complex, 70 West River Street, Milford, CT 06460. Firms that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall not be allowed to submit for this RFQ/RFP. Attendance will be taken and only those present will be allowed to submit a proposal for this RFQ/RFP.
