Dear Calf Pen Meadow families,

After 36 unforgettable years in Milford Public Schools, I am saying goodbye with a heart full of gratitude. It has been an absolute honor to serve as your principal and be part of such a vibrant, caring school community.

What has made this journey so meaningful is the incredible people—our amazing staff, dedicated students, and supportive parents. Together, you have created a culture of excellence, kindness, and connection that I will always treasure.  I always say that we cannot do what we do without YOU!

Thank you for the wonderful memories, the collaboration, and the unwavering support. Though I may be stepping away, this community will always have a special place in my heart.

Community Connections Center: Our June 11th CCC Newsletter is here, and it's full of fun, family-friendly events to kick off summer! We're celebrating Father’s Day with a special message to all the dads, stepdads, and father figures who light up our lives—don’t miss it!

We’re also spotlighting local favorites like the Yankee Doodle Fair (June 12–15 in Westport), Peanut Butter Jam concerts (starting June 18 in Fairfield), and a one-of-a-kind juggling show with Bryson Lang on July 9 in Milford.

Plus, you’ll find exciting field days at Old Sturbridge Village, hands-on history at the Henry Whitfield House, and plenty more for families to explore.
