What a fast and fantastic four-day week it has been! We are wrapping things up with a fun PTA event tonight and hope to see many of you there. Wishing everyone a relaxing and well-deserved weekend. Enjoy the time to recharge, and we look forward to seeing students on Monday (weather permitting!).
Long-Range Facilities Planning – Middle School
Please keep an eye out for an upcoming email from the district regarding long-range facilities planning for Milford’s middle schools. There will be several meetings scheduled, and family input will be an important part of this process.
Student Council – School Dance
Permission slips for the upcoming school dance were given to students today. All permission slips must be turned in by Friday, March 13. We’re looking forward to a fun and well-attended event for our students!
Quarter 2 Honor Roll
Honor Roll certificates for Quarter 2 went home with students this week. Congratulations to all of our students who were recognized for their hard work and dedication!
PTA Update – Mixtape Match Family Event
The PTA is hosting their Mixtape Match Family Event tonight in the West Shore Cafeteria. Doors open at 5:00 PM. The cost is $25 per person, which includes dinner and a game card for each round. We hope you can join us for a fun evening while supporting our PTA.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Save the date for Spring Parent-Teacher conferences! Tuesday 3/17/26 and Wednesday 3/18/26. More information coming next week!
Drama News
The West Shore Drama Club is selling T-shirts to support their production of Disney’s Frozen Jr. Shirts are $25, and ordering information is available on the flyer shared with families. Orders are due by March 1. Thank you for supporting our students and the arts at West Shore!
WAVE Update
WAVE will host an Art Show tonight and tomorrow afternoon at the Firehouse Gallery on Naugatuck Avenue in Milford. All are welcome to attend! WAVE also recently hosted a free Family Engagement Night and has more free family events coming soon. Stay tuned for future opportunities.
