Spring 2026 Parent/Teacher Conferences Sign up

Logging into the online conference scheduling system is easy.  Parents will have access to the site starting Wednesday, March 4th, after 9:00 am.

Simply click the “Sign Up Now” icon, and follow these steps:

  1. Select a teacher’s name.

  2. Select an open time slot.

  3. Enter the required information.

  4. Click on Sign up for Conference.

  5. All conferences will be in person unless a parent/guardian requests a Google Meet link directly from the teacher. Please contact the teacher to request a Google Meet link to conduct your conference through a virtual Google Meet session. 

Schedules will be set in 15 minute increments:

  • Tuesday, March 17th, 5:30-8:00 pm 

  • Wednesday, March 18th, 1:45-3:45 p.m. 

  • Thursday, March 19th, 1:45-3:45 p.m.

*Please note that we will have a modified early dismissal time on the conference days to accommodate the conference schedule.  Therefore, students will be dismissed on March 17th, March 18th, and March 19th at 1:15pm. 

Quick tip: Look for emails from “noreply@myconferencetime.com” when searching email for conference confirmation communications.
