Hello Bulldog Families,
This week we were proud to start using a classroom space as our World Language Lab! Students are now going into Room 15 for Spanish instruction instead of having Spanish on a cart. Our school is piloting this for the remainder of the year and we are already enjoying all the pluses a separate space can bring.
Attention 5th Grade Families. We need your help with YEARBOOK. Info is HERE!
January 25th our 4th grade band and strings students will have their Informance! This is a small musical presentation where our children can showcase what they have learned so far this year. This will begin at 6:30 pm.
January 27th our PTA is sponsoring BINGO NIGHT! Be sure to check out the information here. This is a family event from 5:30-7:30 pm. Running out of ideas to make for dinner? Then think no further! For the Month of January Nate’s Plates has coordinated with our PTA to help provide some dinner choices and funds for our 5th grade committee for those that wish to participate. Be sure to mention “Mathewson” at check out and enjoy a night of not having to plan for what to make!
Dave and Busters Grade 5 Fundraiser--Jan 12-Feb. 10th! Have some fun and raise some funds for our 5th Graders! Check out the details here. Purchasing goes live on January 12th at 12 pm on the Mathewson Member Hub Store.
MPS Community Connections News: This week's Community Connection Center's Newsletter (CCC News) has links for "Milford's All In One" Food Pantry information & Husky Health. There are a couple of activities for Martin Luther King's Birthday too. Each week information about Milford's providers & their programs are listed . You will also find ideas for family friendly activities & places to visit. And don't forget that the CCC website is also updated with links to community resources. Have a great week!
