HMS News

GOOD AFTERNOON HMS FAMILIES:

March is not just for St. Patrick's Day and the start of spring - it's also National Music in Our Schools Month! Let's celebrate the importance of music education together. All around Harborside, we have been hearing some wonderful sneak peeks of the melodious performances to come.  As we celebrate Music In Our Schools Month, the Chorus, Band, and Orchestra have been diligently rehearsing their crafts, and the Drama Club is revving up for opening night.  Studies have shown that learning and playing music can have numerous benefits, including improved academic performance and enhanced creativity. So let's take a moment to appreciate all the talented music teachers and students who make our schools a more harmonious place. And don't forget to turn up your favorite tunes and celebrate this special month with some good vibes!

Please take a moment to review a few important updates and reminders.
