ESMS

Good Evening ESMS families,

Last week, our community truly came together to honor those who have served, and our students rose to the moment, asking thoughtful questions and learning deeply about the sacrifice and service of our Veterans.  Also, WOW, what an incredible response to our food drive! THANK YOU for showing such strong support!  Your generosity will make a real difference.

We hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend.  We are looking forward to the week ahead, please take a moment to review important updates and information.  Also, please note students will have early dismissal on Wednesday, November 19th at 12:45PM.

Crisis Drill: Conducting emergency drills (fire, crisis, lockdown, etc.) is one of the most important ways we enhance our preparedness for students and staff during an emergency. Drills allow us to practice what we need to do when an emergency arises in our school.

ESMS plans to conduct a crisis drill next week. This will only be a drill and will be conducted in accordance with the School Incident Management Protocols established by the district and in collaboration with our local first responders.  Please discuss the importance of our emergency drills with your children.  If you have any feedback please reach out to lswanson@milforded.org or jgenova@milforded.org. We thank you for your cooperation and partnership in making our schools a safer place for learning.
