Reminder for Student Drop Off and Arrival: Students who are not taking the bus should enter on the Seabreeze side of the building. The front entrance on Chapel Street is reserved for buses. The building opens at 7:40 a.m.—please avoid dropping students off before that time.
Take A Veteran To School Day: In honor of Veterans Day, East Shore Middle School will host Take a Veteran to School Day from 8:30 AM-10:15 AM. We’re inviting family and friends who have served to join us for a ceremony and small-group conversations with students. It’s always a meaningful morning, and we’d love to welcome more veterans to participate. If you know someone interested, please have them sign up with this form.

News from Mrs. Rubino and Mr. Singer, School Counselors: Our 8th grade high school school fair will be held on Monday, October 27th from 8:10 to 9:00 a.m. in the ESMS gymnasium, with students attending in three waves:
Wave 1, from 8:10-8:25, will include Mrs. Astrosky and Mrs. Soares’s classes.
Wave 2, from 8:25-8:40, will include Mrs. Baker, Mrs. Colucci, and Mrs. Wohlheiter’s classes.
Wave 3, from 8:40-8:55, will include Mr. Storey and Mr. Thomas’s classes.

Veteran’s Day Help: Please sign up to donate food, beverages, or paper goods to the Veteran’s Day breakfast reception.
Milford Turkey Trot: Join us on Thanksgiving morning for the Milford Turkey Trot fun run which benefits Milford charities, including our PTA! There are 1, 2, and 3 mile options so there is something for everyone. Register here and don’t forget to check off our school in the Milford Public Schools Challenge when you register. Treat Farm: Thank you to all who joined us last week at Treat Farm. We had a great turnout (over 100 people) on a beautiful night.
Restaurant Night: Tuesday, October 21 is our next restaurant night at Anchor Social. 15% of all dine in, take out and gift cards will be donated back to East Shore. Don’t forget to mention East Shore when you order.
Upcoming Fundraiser: Students will be coming home with gourmet apple order forms this week. Delicious treats can be ordered until Nov 7
