Course Procedures & Information
Grade 6 Language Arts & Social Studies Ms. Shultis
All assignments must be completed with care and turned in on time. Students are expected to write the daily homework (word-by-word) in their planner. Concepts should be reviewed and practiced every evening. Take pride in your work!
Assessments- 50% (tests, projects & essays)
Quizzes & Classwork - 40%
Homework - 10%If a student receives a grade below a 70, a parent signature is required.
To come to class prepared each day: have a pencil, a pen, and your language arts/social studies 3-ring binder with you each day. Store all handouts in your language arts/social studies 3-ring binder. Binders should be stored under the desks during class.
