Registration & Withdrawal
Moving Within Milford: If you are moving to another residence in Milford, you will need to make an appointment to prove residency. Please make an appointment to present your documentation.
Moving Out of Milford: If you are moving out of Milford, please print the WITHDRAWAL FORM, complete it, and submit according to the directions on the form.
If you plan on moving out of Milford or if you will continue to reside in Milford but your child will not be attending Milford Public schools, (i.e. attending a private/parochial school), please print the WITHDRAWAL FORM, complete it, and submit according to the directions on the form.
STEP 1: Identify the school your child will attend.

STEP 2 - Complete the 2019-20 Registration Packet online.
Please use the primary parent/guardian information when registering a new student.
At the end of the online registration process, you will be directed to make an appointment to complete the registration process.
Elementary summer appointments will take place at the Parsons Building/Information Technology Dept. (70 West River Street, Milford, CT 06460).
Please bring the following documentation to your appointment:
- Original Birth Certificate with raised seal
- Current Lease or Mortgage Statement
- Two current utility bills with the same name and address as Lease or Mortgage Statement
- Immunization & Health Record (student)
