2. You will learn the parts of speech by answering the

Read about each Part of Speech
Finally take the quizzes
You may use pictures and words in your organizer to explain the parts of speech.
5. As a final activity, you will write
a five or six sentence story about your class.
Highlight in different colors the eight parts of speech.
Next, pair up with a student to read your story
Check to make surethat the proper parts of speech have been used in the correct places.
In addition, after sharing your story with the class
Recopy your story and omit words so
that other students may alter your story with different parts
of speech.
Follow Up Activities:

check for correct parts of speech.
