From time to time, students will forget to bring in items they need while at school: lunch, homework, snack, sneakers, musical instruments.
If this happens, here is how you should proceed:
1. Bring the item to the Main Office at school.
2. We will contact your child to come to the office and retrieve the item when appropriate (when children are moving from one class to another; as they prepare for lunch; or when it is least disruptive for the classroom work that is underway).
Parents/guardians are NOT allowed to bring the forgotten item themselves to the classroom, as it is disruptive.
Using the School Phone
Children are allowed to use the office telephone if they forget their lunch, snack, house key, or for other emergencies. They may NOT use the office phone for forgotten homework, musical instruments or to arrange play dates.
