Our units for the year include

FALL:  Flag Football - Pickleball - Cooperative Activities - Physical Fitness Testing

WINTER:  Omnikin - Floor Hockey - Volleyball - Badminton - Team Building Activities - Team Handball - Speedball - Fitness Units - indoor Soccer.

SPRING:  Track & Field - Basketball - Softball - Cricket

We will be incorporating fitness into every unit through out the year.  Our goal is to improve our students Cardiovascular Fitness as well as their knowledge about Cardiovascular Fitness.
