Your child was sent home with 1 or 2 books inside a zip-lock baggie. These particular books will be read during our 2nd reading unit- Determining Theme Through Character Change.
Ask your child how the character(s) develop throughout the story. We are doing an interactive read aloud with the novel- Ida B. by Katherine Hannigan which is the perfect story to show this character change.
