This class will teach you the principles of Reiki and how to use it as a self-help technique to reduce stress and to promote whole wellness in daily life. Students will learn about the energetic centers of the body (chakras) and how they relate to everyday events and challenges. this Reiki class includes course instruction, practice Reiki sessions and the reiki I attunement. This class involves course instruction, advanced Reiki treatment sessions and the Reiki II Attunement. A 30-day follow up coaching class will be provided to assist you in the development of your Reiki abilities. Reiki Level I is a prerequisite for taking this course.
