Cooking for One or Two People
NEW. Many people
face the challenges that cooking for
one or two people poses. Whether you
are single, a couple, or empty nesters,
you may find that most cookbooks are
written to create meals with 4-6 servings.
In this course, we will discuss how
to grocery shop efficiently, scale
down existing recipes, and create
specialized recipes for cooking for
one person or two people. A
$28 materials fee is payable to the
instructor at the first class. Limit:
15 students. Four weeks.

An array of new recipes, techniques
and unfamiliar foods will be learned.
Each week, there will be a core group
