their workout regimens to include
ballet based exercises. The new look
for bodies today is the sculpted body,

muscle in the body than Ballet Class.
Forget aerobics and weight lifting.
Ballet is cardio, strengthening, and
increases your flexibility! Requirements:
Ballet shoes and enthusiasm! Gum chewing
and street shoes are prohibited and
water bottles are allowed in the changing
area only. Eight weeks.

An elegant workout for the body and
mind, ballroom dancing improves your
posture, broadens your social skills,
and gives you the opportunity to spend
time with your partner and make new
friends. You will learn the basic
steps in fox trot, rumba, waltz, swing,
cha-cha, polka, and more. No sneakers
